Yesterday I completed 9 /15 for the month, 62/100 for the challenge, and FB R3! My 62 includes 53 FB workouts and 9 days of walking 10 000 steps or more when I hurt my neck and couldn't work out. I am so happy I have been consistent. I am also eating less junk food- but can't get rid of it complelely. Working on it.
