We needed a little Bob Marley and the Wailers because A) Hubby and I ate at an African/Caribbean restaurant last night and Bob Marley was playing when we walked in (and the food was amazing!) and B) after almost a month-long interview process, my older twin got hired at the tearoom to work in the kitchen. I've been so anxious about this whole job thing, and it's allllll gonna be alright! He's excited, I'm excited, we're all excited!
Before we go any further, let's take a look at our ghosting schedule, and if you'd like to ghost over a weekend, just let Inge or I know and we'll pop you in!

Now, what about workouts? I know Lea is looking to do one more hike in Wales, but what are you looking to do? I've got a rest day after yesterday's hiit, although I'd like to walk during cross country practice.
What about food? No surprise for us- spaghetti and garlic bread. Any fun food on your plates today?
Pic: my dinner from last night. A highly seasoned, grilled chicken in a pita with pomegranate BBQ sauce, and both cumin fries as well as harissa lemon fries. I ate it ALL! The chicken was literally falling apart, and the pita, the PITA! I would like to be buried in that pita and eat my way out!
