On holiday in the South of Wales (UK), my husband and me were determined to get some wild swimming in!
This spot in the photo meant a lovely 45 min hike from a tiny car park tucked away down a few kilometres of single track road! In other words: a tourist free spot. With the clouds never lifting it was also pretty cold, in the water as well as out of the water. But fun!
Before we got in the water though, we hiked up to the two highest peaks in the south of Wales, Corn Du (871 meters) and Pen y Fan (886 meters), a challenging hike for sure. And a sweaty one. And at the top we were actually above the clouds, which was amazingly beautiful (photo in replies).

Yes, a brilliant day, for sure!
