It's 7am here in Germany and I'm about to start working. While the coffee was brewing I did an older warmup video to get going (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/wake-up-call-cardio-workout-calorie-burning-warm-up-cardio-for-energy). While at it I was wondering if you could do a five minute "un-crick my neck / uncreack my body" routine? Not to warm up for something, just to, you know, get going after a night of sleep (even if you're not going to actually workout afterwards).
I know of several short(er) warmup routines and I do most of them regularly but I sort of liked my own idea.
Idea for new workout

Might be the lack of coffee though.
