It's Friday, woohoo!! We made it through another week and it seems I've caught the 'Coby humming desease'. For 2 days now I'm constantly humming this song by The Cure:

Anyhoo, what I also love is moving my body and I can happily say that Shift seems to finally be turning a corner. Day 19 gave us the first level 4 workout!!! I've taken a quick peek and it seems we're off for some intenser workout in the second half of the program with 3 level 4 workouts per week... YESSSSS!!!!
Today was total body with Brian and I added an extra short cool down with Erica.
Of course we're not only here to talk about me drooling over a level 4 workout, we also want to hear what's happening on your end with any form or style workout. And while you're at it, tell us all about the culinary yumminess that's going to appear on your plates today, cooked by yourself or any other willing family member. Chez Chalmet it's again a no clue thing... what's new right?
