Okay, let's roll! No not literally, djeez, we'll talk workouts in a minute! Let's first take a glance at our ghosting schedule. Hm, October is fully booked but November is complete open. So if you want to grab a weekend next month or heck even December just yell and Coby or I will fill you in.

Okay, quickly on to workouts and dinner. For me it was day something of Shift, an I don't wanna walking workout w/Erica and I also added her newest wrist thingy. Very effective for my sore crochet hands and forearms!
