I'm sweating buckets while typing this as I've just finished day 16 of Shift, a short but intense tabata HIIT with Nicole. She thought it funny to add a 2 min AMRAP finisher and while I love them, I wasn't really amused. But it's done, so there's that. How are your bodies moving today? Willingly, excited-ly, I don't really want to but will-y or fudge this I'm not moving-ly?
Normally I'd add something but I've got a busy day ahead of me so nothing extra. We've got to get to some stores so I can get stuff for hubs' hobby stuff, we've got to get the groceries and when we come back, we're making minced meat/ground beef.
You were already thinking I'll have Asian today for dinner didn't you? Nope, we're not, don't know really what we'll be having but since we're making the minced meat, we might have fresh home made burgers. What's on your meal plan for today?
Before I head for my shower, one more question. Do you have what I would call 'a tic'? Something that's sort of compulsive or happens automatically but is typically you. For me e.g. it's legs of a chair opposite each other at a table need to be aligned. Or, I'm not leaving the house without the beds made, an empty sink. It's just little things, but the chair thing can really drive my hubs mad..😁
Anyhoo, my sweat is starting to dry and I'm starting to feel super gross, so I'm off for my shower and breakfast. I'll talk to you ladies later!
