New Workout! Knee-Friendly Lower Body

Today's new release brings a bit of a specialty workout!

Knee-Friendly Lower Body 

My goal when choosing the exercises for this workout was to provide a wide variety of movement patterns, even exploring various training types. The hope is that those who are in need of knee-friendly exercises for the lower body would be able to take some inspiration from the various types of exercises we do and use them far beyond this workout by subbing them into other workouts on the fly when needed. Knee ailments surely can range in preferences so please take what works for you and leave the rest! 

For this bored easily routine you'll want a mat, range of weights, and a wall to use. It takes about 30 minutes of time (including warm up and cool down).
