Good morning all. Just wondering if it's ok to do upper body strength and core workout then next day do lower body strength +HIIT and a booty burner workout. Stupid question as they state "upper body, lower body" but I thought core can be included in both so I just want to make sure I'm giving my body proper rest time. Thanks
