Good morning everyone! Later than usual start for my weekend check-in, apologies. I didn't write it up the night before. 5:45am to 10:30pm is too long a day even if I essentially did nothing. Lol. Back up by 7 today to head to game 2 of 3 and I'm tired. Oh well. At least I'm not playing! Lol.

Please do share what for workout or movement you've got going on today! I'm hoping to do something, but not sure what.

Food is also important and also a big who knows as the second game is 5-6 and no one will be home to make our pizza. Lol.

For my picture, I want to say thank you for always cheering on my kiddos whom you don't even know. They have worked so hard and yesterday was a good day. Paige shaved 2 entire minutes off her PR and placed 9th at the Tri County meet and had a wonderful time with friends at the dance. Yes, the girls brought their medals for pictures at our house 😆. (9th, 11th, and 5th place from left to right as freshman!). Jack's team won 3-0 last night and he not only got to play at least half the game, but he started. He was SO excited!!
