Blendies, it’s Friday, and I’ve got a bunch of gold stars to hand out for little (or big) victories. Tell me why you need a gold star! I’m giving myself one because I have gone almost two weeks without my favorite crackers, which I had been overeating. I needed to quit cold turkey, and the cravings have subsided. Gold star for me! ⭐️ What’s your gold star moment? Maybe you finally pulled weeds? Kept your cool in a difficult situation? Didn’t fling the apple while wildly gesticulating? 😆
