Fbfit r2 week 3 starts + How many rest days do you prefer?

I am traveling again in the middle of the week. Not so sure if I can exercise those two days. So had to start fbfit r2 third week a day in advance. It was tougher than it looks like! Or probably it's just that I always need two full rest days every week to recover.

How many rest days do you guys prefer to take?
