Daily Check-in ANG: Wednesday, October 1st

Happy October, a.k.a., pumpkin month! My goal for this month is to have an orange hue to my skin because of all the pumpkin-y goodness I will eat! (Butternut squash and sweet potatoes are also included in that).

Ahem. For those of you who aren’t huge fans of pumpkin, do you have a favorite fall flavor? Or maybe fall just isn’t your thing and you simply don’t care? 🤪

I know for a fact that fitness is your thing, or else you wouldn’t be here! How are you working on your fitness today? And just a reminder that if you need to rest, that is part of it! I’ve got day 3 of Shift:
