Hi, I have been following with great interest the latest science on the best type of exercise for women as listed in the title. I have been an ardent Fitness Blender devotee for many years and have worked hard to maintain my health and fitness. However I am frustrated by the impact of the menopause on my body shape (i.e. the meno 'belly'). I just wondered if this was an area you might consider developing - specifically shorter HIT sessions to lessen the impact of cortisol and more advice for women about beneficial changes in exercise regimes.
