PPals, Tuesday, September 30th

Hello, blenderz, and Happy Tuesday! I can't believe it's the last day of September, it absolutely flew by for me this year. This week I'm still off work so I'm in staycation mode. The weather has gotten so cold and rainy, I'm staying inside and reading as much as I can. I do want to pull out my warm clothes at some point this week and store my summer wardrobe because I currently have limited options for what to wear. Yesterday i did something very exciting: i hand washed my silk blouses, which I'd been putting off since...June? Yes, married life is exciting, what can I say?

I know things are rough in the world now so let's see if I can't make you smile with something cute and/or funny. First off, a kitty making sure a bunny eats:

A puppy messing with capitalism:

I've been enjoying following this guy cycling across Japan and ranking local varieties of ramen. It's fitness related cause he shows how much he needs to eat to do this? He meets a lot of very kind Japanese people, it's honestly my favorite part.

I enjoyed listening to this podcast about Moderata Fonte's "The Merits of Women", a text written in 1592 that might as well have been written last week:

Ok, question for you before I go. I've been having trouble finding books that really pull me in lately so can everyone share their favorite cozy reads? The kind of books that you can curl up with under a blanket, with a hot beverage, and that leave you feeling warm and fuzzy? Mine is probably "Coming home" by Rosamund Pilcher.

I think that's all I have for you, wishing everyone a great day!
