I’m also hoping to get some steps in at the community college while my youngest is in his nutrition class.
Food? Heck yes! I ate so healthy yesterday that by lunch time I had a six-pack of abs! 😂 Just kidding, my abs are still in hiding. But I *do* plan to repeat yesterday’s meals, including a butternut squash-farro salad for lunch. What will you be eating today?
Finally, did anyone check out the FB team’s first podcast? I’m not a podcast person, but I did take a listen, and it was a great reminder to listen to our bodies during times of stress, and that not every workout has to leave us dead on the floor in order to “count.” Sometimes we just need a simple walk, stretch, or even a nap! It all matters!
