I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I couldn't find an answer here.
I started training for my first pull up and was curious if there are other Blenders who can point me to a good training routine or specific workouts. I don't have a pull-up-bar at home and go to outside gyms (aka playgrounds) - lucky for me it's currently dark outside in the evenings, so nobody can see my first attempts 🤣
I usually start out with scapular shrugs and then superset pull-ups with resistance bands with push ups because I want to improve on those, too, and don't want to create any imbalances. Is this a good way to go about it??
I also discovered this workout by Patrice and wanted to give it a go this week:

Happy to hear your thoughts, also on how long it took you to achieve the first full pull up with good form, I hear that it can take quite a while.
