It's hard to pass up a feel-good workout, am I right? This 25-minute video's main focus features total body cardio exercises that are low-impact and all-standing. In between our 2 rounds of this cardio, we complete a glutes and core intermission that takes place all on the floor. These exercises will gently boost circulation, surely get your heart pumping and will most likely leave you in a better mood by the time we're complete.
Don't be fooled though. This workout doesn't need to be "easy"! It's highly scalable (difficulty level 2-4) depending on the modifications and/or progressions you choose to follow. I took my first round of cardio at a level 3 difficulty and then kept it closer to a 2 for the second round. I look forward to hearing what approach you choose to take!
This is a low-barrier-to-entry routine that can be pulled out when motivation is low, when you're on the go, or anytime at all.
