Daily Check-in ANG: Monday, September 29th

Happy Monday, Blendies! And a big thank you to our vivacious weekend ghost, Lea!

Something is happening to me, and it’s making me feel my mortality, and I don’t like it. I’m turning into a napper! 😩 I can no longer just muster the energy or get a second wind to push through when I’m tired! I took a one hour nap yesterday after church, and I slept *hard*. I had to, or I wouldn’t have made it through my son’s birthday gathering. Are you a napper?

Maybe you’ll need a nap after today’s workout or movement! What’s on the workout calendar for today? I’m starting FB Shift with a favorite LB strength routine with Nicole.

Maybe your food choices will have you napping! Steak, turkey, a thick juicy burger and fries…definitely need a nap after that! Salad…not so much. What will grace your plates today? For us it’s a turkey sausage and veggie sheet pan dinner. Easy peasy.
