Daily Check-in ANG: Friday, September 26th

Hey Hey ladies,

It's Friday, 07:20am here and my guess is that for most of you it's around midnight now. So while you were sleeping I've finished Day 5 of FB Shift, some low impact cardio and core with Patrice.

So what does you movement for today look like? A workout, some walking, entertaining your mom, bringing your kids to their sports events, GK sitting, coaching pickle ball? Or are you fed up with sports for the week and you think a nice rest day sounds exactly like what you need today?

I know a few of you ladies do meal planning so let's hear about your dinners. I know we'll be having leftover carrot/potato mash and the bacon we didn't have yesterday. We had some smoked sausage that needed to be eaten first.
