I'm feeling a bit out of sorts today so I'm gonna keep this check-in short-ish so you can get on with your day.
Our ghosting schedule is looking pretty good but there are still some weekends open for October so you should feel inclined to give it a go, just give a shout out to Coby or myself and we'll put you on the list.

That's one thing done, on to workouts. Day 4 was all about stretching with Brian. I did add his active recovery and stretching for a stiff back to do first because in that one he starts with a short warm up. I love that stiff back stretches workout so much, it was my 8th time already doing it. Nearly an hour of stretching did me a world of good!
What's on your calendars? And while you're at it, maybe you could also tell us what you'll have for dinner? I know I'll be making carrot/potato mash and we might have some bacon with that. Not sure about the meat yet.
