I'm 44 (probably in some perimonopausal phase !) and I have a 3 year old daughter. I've been healthy and fit until now (weight lifting and some HIIT training 3 to 4 times a week) ... but in July this year, I started having chronic back and hip pain.It was quite debilitating for 2 months (waking up with pain in my hips or back or neck, not able to lift anything,...). X-rays don't show anything but it has really changed how I perceive my body and what I feel I can do with it.
I stopped working out, have been doing PT and go swimming once a week. I feel scared to use my body (even though the pain has lowered since July) but I know/feel that I need to go back to working out more often.
Which program would you suggest ? Thank you so much for your help and support!!
