Well, don't know if it's a happy one for you but you get what I mean right? Anyways, let's get on with it, I'll try not to keep you too long. I know you're all using this daily check-ins as an excuse to slurp a bit longer on your coffee but no fiddle farting (as Karen would say) today!
So what are you up to today? Plan to be active, gonna rest, something in between? It'll be active for me, got quite a few things on my list with one of them being Day 3 of FB Shift. Today was a rendez-vous with Tasha for two short UB EMOMs and I added Patrice's 11 min one with light weights.
Other stuff on my list involve cooking (Yuna gifted me a 4kg(!!!!) zucchini so I'll be making some dishes for the freezer, and while that's simmering on the stove I'll be folding laundry, vacuuming and my favorite: paperwork.
And hey, surprise surprise, I know what's for dinner today! Mussels with bread. Hubs always makes them with lots of veggies so I'm happy as a clam. What kind of expression is that anyway???
Okay, question time and I'm still staying with the clothes stuff. Have you got a piece of clothing that is soooo old, frayed, nearly falling apart but you won't or can't throw it away because it's one of your favorite or one of the most comfy you've got? Maybe it holds a special memory for you?
For me it's my sports shorts, I've had it since starting with FB (2016) and it's really falling apart. But as long as the elastic stays.. elastic.. I'll keep wearing it. The material has become so thin I have to be super careful to put it on but it is super comfy. Worst part: I can easily get a new same one because the shop has loads but nope, I'm keeping this one.
I guess the 'not keeping you too long' went out of the window just like my following the program but I promise the picture is the last thing. This little guy was placed near the little pond as decoration.
