Next point on the agenda are workouts, single or plural, FB or non FB, you might even have a well deserved rest day. Whatever floats your boat. I started the newest 6 week FB Shift with day 1, lower body with Nicole and I added Patrice's short 10 min booty burner. Included in day 1 was also a mental focus video and let's say, I listened to it... while scrolling through my grocery folder... just not my thing, I'm far too distracted by other stuff.
Of course we also need to eat but unfortunately I can't brighten your day with a splendid idea because I haven't got a clue. So I'd say let's hear your ideas although by the time I'm reading those I'll probably be thinking about getting in my PJ's. But they might inspire me for the rest of the week!
I'm loving all these questions that keep popping up during check-ins so I've also got one for you. Most of us ladies here are married and I'm curious to know: would you pick the same style of dress today or something totally different?
I'd pick something totally different, I had this big poofy skirt and sleeves which was nice but now I'd pick something more slim fitting, I might even pick a jumpsuit. What about you ladies?
