Daily Check-in ANG: Friday, September 19th

It’s Friday, ya’ll, and I’m not mad about it. This week can kiss my grits! I’m not from the American South, and I’m not sure I used that phrase correctly, but you get what I mean!

Grits sound good right now. Do you prefer your grits sweet or savory? I like them sweet, with a crust of sugar on top, please!

Anyways! Let’s get to it! How will you be caring for that fabulous body of yours? Walking? Playing some sort of racquet sport? Lifting heavy with Team Brian, or doing something that “sucketh” with Tasha? I’ve abandoned FB30-5 and plan on freestyling it for a couple of weeks, starting with this favorite of mine:

I’m definitely not abandoning food! Dinner is sandwiches and air fried potatoes. But the sandwiches are on pretzel rolls to make it feel fancy. What will you be having?
