Hello, hello Blendies! Before I forget, let’s handle our ghosting business. As you can see, we are good through September, but if anyone would like to kick off October, just let Inge or I know, and we’ll get you plugged in!
September 20th & 21st: Cabob
September 27th & 28th: Lea
October 4th & 5th:
October 11th & 12th:
October 18th & 19th:
October 25th & 26th:
Now, I’m gonna be nosy again, and as always, you can scoff and say, “Who does she think she is?” and not tell me a darn thing. But in complete opposition to yesterday’s question about regrets, I want to know something you’ve done that you are SO glad you did, no regrets whatsoever! It can be deep or shallow.
I’m SO glad I took that trip to Southern Africa in 1998. I may not have ridden the ostrich (although I *ate* ostrich 😆) but that month-long trip was a defining moment in my life!
Your turn!
It’s also your turn to tell me about your workouts! What will have you sweating today? Or maybe your body and brain need a break? I’ve got day something of FB30-5, upper body with Erica.
And if it’s your turn to cook, what will you be making? Our usual spaghetti and garlic bread; leftover jackfruit and pinto bean chili for me.
I leave you with another sunset pic; this one is the view from my balcony, overlooking the bluff. It never gets old!
Have a wonderful day, and all are welcome here, whether or not you would eat ostrich! 🤪
