New Workout! Stacking & Unstacking Bodyweight Pyramid

Hey Team!

I wasn’t really in the mood to work out when I did this one.

It was a Saturday morning, and I wanted to move, but I wasn’t up for setting up equipment, grabbing dumbbells, or doing anything too structured. I just needed something that felt doable, moved quickly, and didn’t require much brainpower to get going. That’s exactly what this workout gave me.

Stacking & Unstacking Bodyweight Pyramid

It’s a bodyweight-only pyramid workout that builds one move at a time, five total exercises. Then you reverse it. You’re basically climbing up and then climbing back down. And yes, burpees make a short appearance, but they’re in and out in two rounds. Blink and they’re gone.

This workout would be perfect for a lunch break, travel day, or any time when the idea of digging out equipment feels like a hard no. You don’t need anything except your body and a little space to move. No jumping is required if you don’t want it, and you can scale every move depending on how you’re feeling.

I kept the pace steady, didn’t push too hard, and still finished feeling way better than when I started, and sometimes, that’s all you need from a workout.

So, if you’re looking for something simple, satisfying, and equipment-free, this one might be worth checking out. It's especially good if you’re feeling a little “meh” but want to move anyway.

It did the trick for me. Enjoy today's workout, Team!
