Hey Blendies! I hope the day finds you well, or at least on your way to well!
Can I be really real for just a minute? Yesterday sucked. Post-migraine depression (it’s a thing), coffee with someone who is very challenging for me, and turns out my son *didn’t* get that job because the person who offered it to him actually wasn’t in a position to do so. This is *after* my son filled out a bunch of paperwork for the job! All of that and I just needed to cry the ugly cry for a few minutes. I know it will all be okay. Pulling up my big girl chonies and getting on with things!
Enough about me. Tell me about you. Anything. Doesn’t have to be about workouts! What’s your favorite color? What’s the last thing that made you laugh so hard you cried? Do you fall asleep on your side, stomach, or back? Do you let friends drink out of your cup or bite off of your food? (Nope!)
But how about those workouts? If I feel up to it after coffee, I’ll be back with FB30-5, lower body. If not, a walk it is!
No need to tell you what we’re having for dinner, as we almost never deviate from Taco or Tostada Tuesday. Leftover “dirty” quinoa and rice for me. What will you be having?
