New Workout! Lower Body Stacker

Hey hey, here's your latest release!

Lower Body Stacker

This lower body strength training workout will comprehensively and efficiently work muscle groups in the lower body, specifically, the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. Exercises of the same muscle group will be stacked together, and those groups will stack to create our workout! You'll build muscle endurance and strength. 

I had fun selecting exercises that target the highlighted muscle groups. There's even a teeny tiny bit of cardio thrown in 💥 

In total, you'll need 34 minutes of time, and to get the most out of this workout, 4 pieces of equipment (a mat, a bench, a range of dumbbells, and an item you can use to raise your heels for one of the exercises like hexagon dumbbells or yoga blocks). Let's keep that lower body strong!
