Hey Blendies! It’s a bit of an earlier check in, as our power has gone out and my phone is almost dead. I didn’t want to risk not being able to post, so here we are!
First off, thank you to my dear fake cousin Karen for ghosting over the weekend! (We have a lot in common, so we’ve decided we might be cousins).
Secondly, what about those workouts? Or maybe not a formal workout, but some kind of movement? I’m going to postpone today’s workout for FB30-5, as I got yet another migraine yesterday (fortunately it was mild, and I see my doctor in a week) and I should probably take it easy. I’d like to at least go for a walk though.
Food? I didn’t cook last night and let everyone fend for themselves, so tonight I’ll make the Cajun sausage and chicken skillet that I was supposed to make last night. What are you having?
