Gosh, I'm so glad this week is over, workout wise I mean. With day 5 of my Short Favorites Routine it's a #RoutineComplete for me. I went out with a bang with this level 5 by Erica. I last did this workout 2 years ago and was able to bump up my weights to 18lbs for the whole shebang.
But we're not only here to talk about my workouts, so please do tell me what's happening on your end. Lynne, how's that beginner coming along? Cabob is probably super happy to be able to take it down a notch today and I know Coby is doing round 5 of something but can't remember what. And Karen you better tell me you're thrilled with Nicole's deload week because I've got that scheduled for next week. I sooooo need it!!
Anyways, enough about workouts. My stomach is grumbling here - I haven't had breakfast yet! - so let's talk dinner. Again no idea here but I'll fix that by inviting myself over to one of you. And don't even think about making something with peanut butter!!!!🤣
