I've been working out with fb for 10 years. Then 2 years ago I entered Gym and had great progress Regarding weights. I recently gained 7 kilos due to a very stressful and difficult period in my life, but I continued to work out at the gym. The problem is that with the extra weight, I'm embarrassed to go, the workouts are more tiring, and psychologically, going to the gym is a commitment that I no longer enjoy but rather weighs on me. I'd like to go back to Fitness Blender and see a nutritionist, but I'm afraid of losing the progress I've made at the gym. Right now, I lift 100 kg with hip thrusts; at home, I only have 20 kg of dumbbells. I'm overweight and I don't like myself, and I'm always low on energy and sad. What would you do in my place? Should I insist on going to the gym so as not to lose the work I've done? Or should I go back to working out at home with Fitness Blender, which is the least stressful decision right now?
I Need a suggestion
