I'll be starting the thread today while Alina is away. If I'm correct her wedding will be this weekend and I hope she and Adrian have a wonderful day. πŸ’πŸ’πŸ’ž

If you're up to it, take a deep breath and do a wiggle/shake for 5-10 seconds. This has been something I have been implementing recently and it can be a good reset if you get caught up in your thoughts.

Bonus: tell me 1 thing you were proud of today, something you said, thought or did.

Do you have any workout/exercise plans for today, or are you taking a rest? Yesterday I did a nice long restorative yoga session (while burning some essential oils). Hope to go for a slightly longer walk today but apparently my body needs a break this week.
