Day 4 of my little routine and today was my absolute favorite... tadaaaa.... core. And yep, you bet I picked a weighted one, I even did the BW part weighted. I picked this gem with Patrice:
Definitely made me hungry so I'll have breakfast right after writing this but of course we also need something for dinner tonight. So what's it gonna be over at yours because I haven't got a clue here. Hit me with the yumminess on your plates!
