I couldn't help it. I had to. After noticing a field full of huge pumpkins, I had to realize fall is coming. This morning, I noticed some trees are starting to change. I also had to wear gloves this morning as it was quite fresh. The signs are there. The heavy morning mist in the farmer's fields has made its way to my office window.

Hope everyone had a great birthday yesterday. I can't remember but I think Alina had/has her wedding? Does anyone know what day?

Nothing exciting going on here. I will go to the gym tonight and do yesterday's planned lower-body and core workout. I just wrote the exercises down so I am focused when I am there.
