Booty Burn Pilates Add-On

This quick Pilates-based workout draws on the foundational principles of Pilates, with an emphasis on the glutes. Using an exercise mat and 16 moves, this routine strengthens the glute muscles with controlled, precise movements. Designed as an add-on, it pairs perfectly as a finisher after cardio or can be part of an active recovery day. During this routine, I want you to focus on technique over speed to help build strength and stability.
