Where have all the longer and more challenging workouts gone?
Very (very) long time member here, so prefacing this by saying how much I love FB, but I’ve been so disappointed with how rarely we see difficult workouts of over forty minutes. I really loved those …sort of like the old five day challenges with blends of hiit cardio and strength throughout a week. Does anyone else wish we had more of these?
