Today’s new release is short, sweaty, and oh-so-effective! If you’ve been craving a workout that gets your heart pumping and leaves you feeling strong and accomplished, this one’s for you:

20 Minute High Energy Cardio

We’ll start with a dynamic warm-up, dive into a fast-paced descending ladder of cardio and agility moves, then finish with a fiery burnout (hello high knees + jump squats). Don’t worry, we’ll cool it down together at the end.

This workout is all about effort, not perfection. Modify as needed, keep your form sharp, and push to your personal max. By the end, you’ll be sweaty, breathless, and proud of the work you put in.
