What's everyone's pre-workout and post-workout snack/meal?
I need inspiration, especially for pre-workout fueling. I've been doing a rice cake with peanut butter for a while, or egg and small carb. I've read its best to fuel with a little bit of both protein and carb, but not too heavy of a meal. Please give me more ideas! Thank you!!
