What are your go to workouts when you’re traveling and staying at hotels/Airbnb? Preferably workouts that don’t involve any exercises on the floor (those hotel room carpets gross me out!) and need minimal equipment, perhaps just a band. If you have access to a hotel gym, do you rely on FB workouts or just freestyle it?
