Sep is pretty booked, only one weekend left open so feel free to shout out your name and Coby or I will throw your name on there before you've even finished speaking. If you want a weekend in Oct, that's too bad because I'm feeling too tired to type the dates. Just joking...😆

I originally had an upper body negative training with Erica on my calendar but re-scheduled that to tomorrow and instead did one of her active recovery workouts with light weights for the 10th time.
Yes, as far as I know there will be food at some point, which food, no idea. Got any ideas?
4th item: Get the heck out of here and lift my mood enough to bake a cake and prepare myself for my weekly visit at Marie's. Luckily most of my chores are already done, woohoo for being an early bird!
