Sometimes, our bodies just tell you… “Not yet.” That was me before filming this one. I had some soreness kicking in after a Jiu-Jitsu session and wasn’t feeling quite ready to hop on the bike. But instead of forcing a workout, I gave myself this space to ease in, which made all the difference. When I was reading through the comments a few weeks ago, someone suggested making just a warm-up, and here it is.
This session is one of those smart, simple warm-ups I reach for when I need to shake off stiffness or get my head and body synced up before doing anything active.
If you’re about to go for a run, lift some weights, head into another workout, or need a little movement to wake your body up — this is it. You don’t need to be 100% fired up when you start. This Dynamic Warm Up helps you get there.
It’s not intense or complicated. Think of it as a way to check in with your body before you ask more of it. You’ll work through mobility, core engagement, and light cardio… just enough to loosen up and get your body ready to go.
This was the perfect bridge between feeling tight and getting into my bike ride. I didn’t want to skip movement altogether, but I knew I needed something that felt good first. This is what I turned to, and I hope it becomes that kind of go-to for you, too.
So, whether today is a training day or an active recovery one, take these 10 minutes to move with purpose.
New Workout! Dynamic Warm Up

Then do your thing.
