Suggestion:

Could I petition for some SIT workouts? I’ve been adjusting my exercise schedule as I enter Perimenopause. I’m delighted that the major suggestions from the research available are already things I have been doing with FB for a decade ( lifting heavy, plyometrics and HIIT). But I want to start adjusting my high intensity training with more recovery time. More 30 seconds on and a 1:30 full recovery. I’ve been just awkwardly pausing the videos during Tabata HIIT, but it isn’t the same. It would be nice to have some true SIT workouts on FB.
