Hi Blenders, I did this workout today - stumbled upon it looking for a high calorie burn. I weighed myself (big mistake LOL) and found I had gained 8 lb. I eat well - fruits and veggies and protein.
The suggestion : is to re-do this one as the original does not have any exercise preview nor any short rest between exercises.
