HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group August 25th 💪💦🍅🧘
Hello Blendfriends, good Monday to you! I am about to do Brian's Strength Basics workout, one of my new collection of accessible-to-me total body strength workouts. This one is focused on form. The weather this morning is awfully humid, so it might get sweaty around here despite the lower temperatures we're enjoying this week. I'm headed into a fully-loaded week -- lots to do on the last week before vacation, plus enough tomatoes harvested to require canning. I cut back on my plantings, but even so I'll have a few jars of delicious home grown tomatoes to brighten the fall and winter. With a heavy week ahead, it will be a challenge to stay focused on the moment and not let stress or worries run away from me. So I will try to keep this quote from Storm in mind this week:
"I walk with ever increasing mindfulness. I eat with ever increasing mindfulness. I meditate with ever increasing mindfulness. Whatever I am doing, I am fully present in this moment."
