New! Guided Practice for Embracing Change

This practice is a great one for those of you who find yourself resistant to switching things up. I get it - I like consistency and predictability as much as most, and I also know that change is inevitable. 

I love to use meditation and guided practices as a way to practice things I need in other areas of life (Honestly, I love that within workouts, too!). So this is a way for you to easily and safely practice adapting to changes within a given context - in this case, a meditation - so that you can apply the principles to other areas as well. I encourage you all to practice noticing differences in your experience - without labeling that difference as good or bad - and using that information to inform you about yourself and the world. Take on each change and learn how to adapt to new scenarios in this guided practice.
