Help with Protein

Just for more possible input...how would you handle the adding more protein but still trying to lose around 20 more pounds? I am 204# now. I gain my weight all over so I really don't look that huge but still want to lose little more. I'm 56yo so I plan to keep on some extra so hopefully my face doesn't look too bad...old. I definitely train upper and lower. I have a very sedentary job. I don't get much time moving during the day, after my workouts. I work out 5 days. Wouldn't be agsinst doing a lught something on Sat or Sun, but don't wanna set myself up fir failure on the weekends with planning big regular workout. Thanks.
