Okay, forget about bugs. Let’s talk workouts. What workouts are you doing today? I’ve got day 17 of 30-30, a short hiit with Tasha. Hopefully a walk at some point as well.
Dinner? (Or any meal). I’ve got some shredded Mediterranean chicken in the freezer. I think I’ll make some orzo and broccoli to go with it.
