Daily Check-in ANG: Monday, August 18th

So let’s talk about our plans for today. Plans for:

1) movement? I’ve got day something of 30-30, lower body strength with Patrice. What about you?

2) food? Chicken teriyaki burgers and steamed veggies for us.

3) question? (Feel free to skip). What are some aversions you have? Mine are mayonnaise (ew), public pool restrooms (ick), walking barefoot on wet surfaces (ack), to name a few.
