Need help for building upper body

Hi, I really enjoy FitnessBlender workouts! So thankful they are available for us.

I am having a little trouble building some muscle for my upper body. I am 56yo female and have been working out for 6 months and have lost 31 pounds. I worked out regularly years and years ago but for different reasons I guess. Now I am trying to build some muscle in my upper body to help with some lose skin and flabbiness from being over weight. I have been doing a lot of the videos but they don't seem to be enough to do what I need. I can definitely tell I have built some (a little) because I can do wide stance knee push ups ...but only 7. I just feel that the videos aren't enough sets or something. I know the upper body has more parts, if you will, to work. Shoulders, back, triceps ,biceps, chest and lats. I have 45 min I can give it in the mornings. Can anyone help me with what I need to do?? Sorry so long.

I don't seem to have the same problem with the lower body. It is much easier to work. I do the videos for lower and feel like I'm slowly getting results. THANKS!!!
